This book began as a college project during my time as a student at Kenyon College in Gambier, OH.

Originally printed on newsprint and simply called Activity Book, about a dozen copies were made.

In 2007, a fellow Kenyon alum brought the book to a meeting at Quirk Books, a quirky publishing house based out of Philadelphia.

The meeting went well, and I drew 15 additional illustrations added to the existing 30. Quirk editors did not change one word or alter the drawings, but merely re-arranged the layout and the font. They also added a pack of custom crayons to the cover! As of this quarter, over 4,100 copies have been sold.
